I’ve reached out a few times by email about my issue, but I either don’t get a response or nothing actually gets fixed. It’s frustrating because I expected better support. If this keeps up, I’m probably going to take my business somewhere else...

Just a heads up for anyone considering this — my nail drill started cutting out after only a few uses. I reached out to support, but the response was slow, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I really wanted it to work out, but after this experience I don’t feel confident trusting their tools. If you’re buying for regular use, I’d probably look around a bit more first...

I ordered a gel set from makartt.com i was disappointed. It started lifting after about 3 days, and one of the nails chipped while I was just doing normal everyday stuff, not anything rough or... For the price, I really thought it would hold up better. I don’t think I’ll be buying again...

I ordered this thinking the color would look like the pictures, but it was way off when it arrived. it ended up being more stressful than it should’ve been because now I have to figure out whether to return it or just deal with it. Disappointed.

i grabbed a polygel kit from makartt and wasn’t impressed. the gel had this odd thick texture that made it hard to spread and work with, and it didn’t feel smooth at all.

after curing, a couple of the nails started lifting within two days. one of the tubes also seemed like it was only half full, which was frustrating for what it cost.

i’m definitely not a professional, but i’ve used cheaper kits that lasted way better than this one. i wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried browsing makartt.com, but I ended up giving up because the website was just frustrating to use. Everything felt a little scattered, so it was hard to figure out where to go next.

The filters didn’t narrow things down the way I expected, and a few pages loaded slowly or sent me back to weird spots. Because of that, even simple stuff like checking my cart started feeling annoying.

The products might be good, but the shopping experience made me not want to finish my order. I probably won’t buy from the site unless they make it easier to use

I was expecting a little more for what I paid. A few of the items were fine, but like I said, they didn’t feel much better than cheaper stuff I’ve bought from other places. Shipping was okay and I didn’t have any issues there, but like I said, the value just doesn’t really seem to be there for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

My package arrived crushed and beat up, and it was frustrating. I tried reaching out to get it sorted, but it feels like nobody wants to take ownership of the issue. Not a great experience at all.

I sent it back already, but I’m still just waiting around for the refund to show up. The return process was not very smooth, if I’m being honest, and it’s been a bit annoying having to wonder what’s going on with it.

I was disappointed with the whole ordering process. I just wanted to check out and be done, but the checkout kept failing over and over. It turned what should’ve been a quick purchase into a hassle.

I bought this from Makartt the curing was really disappointing. I used the same lamp I always use and followed the time they recommended, but it still came out tacky and kind of soft, just not fully cured.

I tried doing thinner coats, tried giving it extra time, tried again thinking maybe it was me, but it was the same result. It kept denting so easily that I ended up wiping most of it off. For me, it was just a waste of time...

This one was a bit of a miss for me. The pigment barely shows up, and when I tried to build it up, the coverage ended up looking patchy instead of smooth.

I was expecting a bit more variety, but from what I saw, a lot of the options felt similar. Maybe I missed some things, but it seemed kind of limited overall.

Am I missing something here? It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to show up. I get that delays can happen, but this feels like way too long with not much to go on.
